This decision allows us to reallocate time and resources toward the product roadmap items you have told us matter most, improving the core Kantata experience, and delivering more value through the channels you already rely on.

This is not a step back from customer engagement. It is a step toward being more intentional about where we invest so we can bring you a better Kantata experience overall.
